Sometimes a device will have a hard time pairing with a CCU. If that happens, try the following steps:
- Attempt to pair within 2 minutes of the device being placed in pairing mode
- Ensure no devices are in pairing mode except the device you're attempting to pair.
- On the tablet, disable Bluetooth for 90 seconds, then re-enable.
- Reboot both the device and tablet.
