Cloud Connection status indicates that the CCU is communicating with the backend services that support proper communication and sync between the CCU and Airoverse for Facilities. If your Cloud communication status is offline, you will expect to have issues with the following. 

• Remote commands being sent to the CCU
• Historical trend data
• Sync of common entities like schedule updates between CCUs
• New entities showing up in Airoverse for Facilities such as floors or zones.
