| Reconfiguring Profiles

Profiles are configured from the CCU but can be reconfigured for minor modifications in configuration settings and values from the internal portal.

| System Profile Reconfiguration

It is reconfiguring a profile from the CCU widget screen in the Internal portal.

To reconfigure a system profile: 

From the internal portal heatmap screen for the site.

• Click the CCU for which you wish to reconfigure the profile parameters.
• Scroll down further in the system-level visualization screen to locate the reconfiguration section and expand the Reconfiguration section as shown.
  

• Make the necessary edits.
• Enter the reason for the change.

• click Update. 

A confirmation window is displayed. 

     7. Click Apply to confirm the changes. 

A message that the configuration changes are saved successfully appears. 

| Terminal Profile Reconfiguration 

It is reconfiguring a profile from the zone widget screen in the Internal portal 

To reconfigure a terminal profile: 

From the internal portal heatmap screen for the site.

• Click the Zone for which you wish to reconfigure the profile parameters.
• Scroll down further in the zone-level visualization screen to locate the reconfiguration section and expand the Reconfiguration section as shown.

• Make the necessary edits. 
• Type the reason for the change.

•  click Update. 

A confirmation window appears. 

    7. Click Apply to confirm the changes. 

A message that the configuration changes are saved successfully appears.
