Account Management - Airoverse for Facilities – Airoverse

| Introduction

The account management aids a user in editing account details, viewing role details, setting notifications for alerts, changing the password, setting language preferences and transferring ownership to other users.

| Editing Account Details

Click Account

The Account Details page is displayed

The users can customize data units that appear throughout Airoverse portals and apps as per their preference

The Account Detail particulars are as follows:

Particulars	Description
First Name	Enter the first name of the user
Last Name	Enter the last name of the user
Email	Enter the email id of the user
Country	Enter the country of residence
Phone	Enter the phone number of the user

User Preferences

Select the user preferences from the dropdown

Field Name	Description	Unit in drop down
Temperature	Select your preferred unit for Temperature.	℃, ℉
Energy Consumption	Select your preferred unit for Energy Consumption.	kWh, kBTU, tonrefh, GJ
Airflow Volume	Select your preferred unit for Airflow Volume.	cfm, m³h, L/min, L/s
Air Pressure	Select your preferred unit for Air Pressure.	inH₂O, mmH₂O, cmH₂O, Pa
Water Pressure	Select your preferred unit for Water Pressure.	bar, psi, kPa
Water Flow	Select your preferred unit for Water Flow.	gal/min, m³h, L/min, L/s

| Language Preference

Select the choice of language from the drop-down selection

Click Update to confirm the changes

The Account details are updated successfully.

Note: Language translation is not applicable for Site Name, Floor Name, Zone Name, CCU Name, Point Name, Tag.

| Viewing Role Details

| Managing Notifications

Click 'Notification Management'.

The following 'Notification Management' page is displayed:

Select a site from the from the dropdown list.
Select the type of notification you wish to receive by clicking the corresponding checkbox.

A message stating your notification preferences are successfully set will appear.

| Changing Your Password

Click 'Change Password'.
The following Change Password screen is displayed:
Type your current password.
Enter your desired new password and enter it once more in the 'Confirm New Password' box. Be sure that your password is at least 6 characters long and contains at least one uppercase letter and one special character!
Click Update.

A message stating that your password has been successfully updated will appear.

Note:

This feature is available only if you chose the password-based login mechanism.
A change of password will effectively log you out from all active sessions across devices and require you to re-login for all of these sessions.

| Transferring Building Ownership

Using this feature, the 'Organization Manager' is able to change the 'Facility Manager' for their buildings.

Click 'Transfer Ownership'

The following 'Transfer Ownership' screen is displayed:

This lists out all sites and the corresponding Facility Managers.

Select the sites that you wish to transfer.
Click the 'Transfer to' dropdown and select the user you wish to make the 'Facility Manager'
Click 'Transfer'.

A message stating that the ownership has been successfully transferred will appear.

Note: While you still have access to these sites, you are no longer the primary manager for said sites.
