FAQ : What points can I control with the Airoverse API?

The only points available to be controlled via the Airoverse API, are points with the 'writable' tag, which can be used in Site Explorer as a query to provide the exact list of points in a specific site.

Control of Relays, Analog Outputs, or direct physical components is not available. For some cases, multiple points will have to be controlled to perform a single output action. 

For Example : 

• If the user would want to control the damper position of a VAV, they could not just override the damperPosition control points (since it is not writable) to the desired value.
• They would instead have to query for the config points related to that damper (damper and config and (min or max)) and override those values to the desired value.
