Glad you are here! If you are a software developer and are looking to use the Airoverse API, this article walks you through the steps you need to follow to get enrolled in the developer portal. - You need to have a Airoverse for Facilities account with access to all sites to read or write to.
- If you are not sure how to get started with Airoverse products and services, reach out to our sales team and they will make sure to get you on the right path to success.
- If you are a software developer for a company that is already deploying Airoverse you'll need to request access to the sites you need from the Administrator of the Airoverse for Facilities account.

Requesting access to Airoverse for Facilities. Share this article with your Airoverse for Facilities administrator and tell them you need a 'Secondary Manager' account for all sites that you will require access to.

NOTE** When you set up your account in Airoverse for Facilities it is important to set it up with a standard auth username and password. DO NOT link your account with your O365 or Gmail account if you intend to access from the API

Requesting access to the Airoverse developer portal. To do this.
- Click 'Submit a Request in the top right of this page. [Here is a link direct to the request form]
- Choose the 'API Request' option and fill out all the fields. The more detail you provide the first time the less we will need to request later. This is our record of your onboarding as a developer with Airoverse.

- Wait for a reply! We will get back to you as soon as we can, but be patient. There is a review process for approving new developers. We may request additional information after you send the initial request.
